Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of CUTLIST.io (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
CUTLIST.io helps you plan how to cut sheet goods into parts, using several optimization methods. A limited demo of the optimizer, and a set of free shop calculators with a limited number of uses per browser, are available without an account. Full use, including unlimited calculators and saving and loading projects, requires a paid subscription. We may change the free limits at any time.
2. Your account
You need an account to subscribe and to save projects. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Subscription and billing
The Service is billed as an annual subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details ourselves. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account's subscription management page. Canceling stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Try to access another user's account or data
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service
- Resell or share your account access with people outside your own use
- Circumvent the free-use limits on the demo or calculators
- Use the Service for anything unlawful
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your data and privacy
The stock and part dimensions you enter, and any projects you save, belong to you. We store them so the Service can work. You can delete your saved projects, or your entire account, at any time.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who handles it, including the sign-in and browser storage the app depends on and the Meta Pixel we use for advertising measurement — along with how to turn the Pixel off.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUTLIST.io isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to material costs, lost time, or lost data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let existing subscribers know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
