This describes what information CUTLIST.io collects, why, and who else touches it.
Information we collect
- Account info: your email address and password, used to sign in.
- Project data: the stock sizes, part dimensions, and settings you enter or save.
- Billing info: handled directly by Stripe — we don't see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you submit through our feedback or contact forms, including your name and email if you provide them.
How we use it
- To run the Service — sign you in, save and load your projects
- To process your subscription payment and manage billing
- To respond if you contact us or send feedback
- To send account-related emails, like confirming your address or a billing receipt
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles your data
We rely on a small number of service providers to run CUTLIST.io. Each only has access to what it needs to do its job:

Cookies
We use one cookie, set by Supabase, to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep your account and project data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems; some information may briefly remain in backups before it's fully purged.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your saved projects at any time from within the app. You can also ask us to delete your entire account and associated data — reach out through our contact page to request this.
If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you additional rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we've collected and to request its deletion — the same contact page works for these requests too.
Children's privacy
CUTLIST.io isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll make a reasonable effort to let existing subscribers know.
